Like many, Del has been struggling to push through a pull up plateau so here’s some tips with pull ups to help you get a few extra cheeky reps. A few extra tips to take away.. Continue focusing on strengthening you muscles, primary back this will over time give you better strength to pull up. Start on reverse narrow grip as it’s genuinely a user friendly way to start with pull ups!! Don’t be afraid to start On an assisted pull up machine or with bands. They are there to help!
