             20.00 –20.30  Cut With short blasts of interval training

Saturday –10.30-11.30- Indoor/outdoor Bootcamp Fitness games/obstacles 

  Sunday- 9.30-10.15-  Jeri’s Joggers Running club

10.30-11.45 –  Stretch off Sunday  Stretching/foam rolling
